Sam’s Snowy Day

A cheeky little boy named Sam has a day full of funny mishaps and unexpected surprises in the snowy landscape.

Try this story at a different level?

Once there was a boy named Sam who woke up one winter day to find everything covered in snow. He was very excited and put on his warm clothes fast. He was sure that he was going to have a great day.

Sam took his sled outside and went to the hill behind his house. He whooshed down the hill, but suddenly he flew off the sled! He landed on soft snow and laughed. Then he made a snowman, even though it looked a bit funny with a big head.

Sam climbed up a tree to look at all the snow, but he slipped and ended up hanging upside down by his feet! He laughed a lot, and his friend Lily helped him down. They both found it very funny.

When it was getting dark, Sam said bye to Lily and saw a small squirrel stuck in a tree, shivering. He used a stick to help the squirrel jump on his shoulder, and they got safely to the ground.

By the time Sam got home, he was tired but happy. He learned from making the snowman, had fun with his friend, and helped a squirrel. In bed, he smiled because he had such a great day and was excited for the next snowy adventure.
