The Cloudy Day

Once upon a time there was a little girl named Sarah. She was determined to have a good day no matter what.

It was a cloudy day and Sarah was so sad because she couldn’t play outside. She had planned to go to the park with her friends and play some fun games, but now she had to stay inside.

Sarah decided to make the best of her cloudy day. She put on her raincoat and boots and went outside. She skipped in the puddles and smelled the wet grass. She even saw a rainbow!

When Sarah got back inside, she was still feeling a bit sad. She thought of a new plan. She put on her warmest clothes and asked her mom if she could go camping in the backyard.

Sarah quickly set up a tent, made a campfire and roasted marshmallows. Her friends joined her and they all had a great time!

Sarah was so happy that she made the best of her cloudy day. She realized that even when things don’t go as planned, you can still find ways to have fun.

The end.
