Apple to Open First Stores in India

Apple is going to open its first stores in India after more than 20 years of selling its products there. The stores will be in Delhi and Mumbai and opened this month. People in India are excited about the stores because Apple products are still seen as a luxury item in India, where most people use smartphones running on Google’s Android system. Apple has been making the iPhone in India since 2017, and last year it started making the iPhone 14 there. Experts say that the new stores will not change Apple’s market share in India dramatically because most of the products are too expensive for many people. However, the stores will still give customers the full Apple experience.
