There was a special race at the North Pole. Many runners from different places came to run on ice. They ran around in a big circle on the frozen sea. The ice was slippery and it was very, very cold. The runners wore warm jackets and life vests to keep safe.

In total, 23 runners joined the race. These runners were from seven different countries. A woman from Denmark was the fastest in the women's group. A man from China was the winner of the men's group. After the race ended, the ice started to melt away.
