Many grown-ups look for jobs, but they don't get one. They feel like robots, not people, read their papers. Companies use smart helpers to pick who to give jobs to. These helpers make things quicker. But some grown-ups think these helpers are not always nice. A group called 'Friends Like Us' wants everybody to know they can ask for a person to read their papers. Many don't know they can say "no" to a computer's choice. This makes some people sad. They want all things to be fair in choosing jobs. This group tries hard to make things better for everyone.
